Ime kho, bhikkhave, cattāro iddhipādā. These are the four bases of psychic power.

Imesaṁ kho, bhikkhave, catunnaṁ iddhipādānaṁ bhāvitattā bahulÄ«katattā tathāgato ā€˜arahaṁ sammāsambuddho’ti vuccatÄ«ā€ti. It is because he has developed and cultivated these four bases of psychic power that the Realized One is called ā€˜the perfected one, the fully awakened Buddha’.ā€
