Dutiyaphalasutta Seven Benefits
āPaƱcimÄni, bhikkhave, indriyÄni. āMendicants, there are these five faculties.
KatamÄni paƱca? What five?
Saddhindriyaį¹ ā¦peā¦ paƱƱindriyaį¹āThe faculties of faith, energy, mindfulness, immersion, and wisdom.
imÄni kho, bhikkhave, paƱcindriyÄni. These are the five faculties.
Imesaį¹ kho, bhikkhave, paƱcannaį¹ indriyÄnaį¹ bhÄvitattÄ bahulÄ«katattÄ satta phalÄ sattÄnisaį¹sÄ pÄį¹ikaį¹
khÄ. Because of developing and cultivating these five faculties, seven fruits and benefits can be expected.

Diį¹į¹heva dhamme paį¹ikacca aƱƱaį¹ ÄrÄdheti, They attain enlightenment early on in this very life.
no ce diį¹į¹heva dhamme paį¹ikacca aƱƱaį¹ ÄrÄdheti, atha maraį¹akÄle aƱƱaį¹ ÄrÄdheti. If not, they attain enlightenment at the time of death.
No ce diį¹į¹heva dhamme aƱƱaį¹ ÄrÄdheti, no ce maraį¹akÄle aƱƱaį¹ ÄrÄdheti, atha paƱcannaį¹ orambhÄgiyÄnaį¹ saį¹yojanÄnaį¹ parikkhayÄ antarÄparinibbÄyÄ« hoti, If not, with the ending of the five lower fetters, theyāre extinguished between one life and the next ā¦
