āCatÅ«hi, bhikkhave, dhammehi samannÄgato yathÄbhataį¹ nikkhitto evaį¹ niraye. āMendicants, someone with four qualities is cast down to hell.

AttanÄ ca pÄį¹ÄtipÄtÄ« hoti, paraƱca pÄį¹ÄtipÄte samÄdapeti, pÄį¹ÄtipÄte ca samanuƱƱo hoti, pÄį¹ÄtipÄtassa ca vaį¹į¹aį¹ bhÄsatiāThey themselves kill living creatures; they encourage others to kill living creatures; they approve of killing living creatures; and they praise killing living creatures.
imehi kho, bhikkhave, catÅ«hi dhammehi samannÄgato yathÄbhataį¹ nikkhitto evaį¹ niraye. Someone with these four qualities is cast down to hell.
