Dhammakathikasutta Dhamma Speakers
āCattÄrome, bhikkhave, dhammakathikÄ. āMendicants, there are these four Dhamma speakers.
Katame cattÄro? What four?
Idha, bhikkhave, ekacco dhammakathiko appaƱca bhÄsati asahitaƱca; One Dhamma speaker speaks little and off topic.
parisÄ cassa na kusalÄ hoti sahitÄsahitassa. And their assembly canāt tell whatās on topic and whatās off topic.
EvarÅ«po, bhikkhave, dhammakathiko evarÅ«pÄya parisÄya dhammakathikotveva saį¹
khaį¹ gacchati. Such an assembly regards such a Dhamma speaker simply as a Dhamma speaker.
