Cakkavattiacchariyasutta Incredible Things About the Wheel-Turning Monarch
āCattÄrome, bhikkhave, acchariyÄ abbhutÄ dhammÄ raƱƱe cakkavattimhi. āMendicants, there are these four incredible and amazing things about a wheel-turning monarch.
Katame cattÄro? What four?
Sace, bhikkhave, khattiyaparisÄ rÄjÄnaį¹ cakkavattiį¹ dassanÄya upasaį¹
kamati, dassanenapi sÄ attamanÄ hoti. If an assembly of aristocrats goes to see a wheel-turning monarch, theyāre uplifted by seeing him
Tatra ce rÄjÄ cakkavattÄ« bhÄsati, bhÄsitenapi sÄ attamanÄ hoti. and uplifted by hearing him speak.
